The pre-construction phase of this project was critical. Our team ran into several hurdles in the building permit process, but they were dealt with expeditiously to keep the schedule intact. Working with the congregation and the architect, we completed nearly 50,000 square feet of construction on three phases over an eight year period. In fact, we completed phases two and three while the building was under daily operation.
Over the course of that time, our value engineering yielded $200,000 in savings, while we also returned over $200,000 in cost savings to the church after completing construction.
