Our Construction Project Manager partners with our pre-construction team and oversees all day-to-day aspects of projects during the construction phases as well as building and maintaining repeat client relationships.  Our construction process is extremely collaborative and hands-on from groundbreaking to handing over the keys.  Our Construction Project Managers are company ambassadors – as they work directly and closely with the client and building team members.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager that will make a positive addition to our team.  Ideal candidates will have an engineering or construction management degree.  In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of field experience managing the development and construction of commercial construction projects with $8M+ budget costs will be considered.  Previous experience with a commercial Construction Manager company or General Contractor is preferred.  We have outlined additional skills required to be considered for this position.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of blueprints and building codes; developing and implementing schedules and work sequences; ability to create look-ahead schedules using scheduling software; working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other industry leaders in a professional manner; previous experience with checking progress drawings, running meetings, and pushing the process to meet deadlines; extensive experience developing value engineering and constructability analysis.  Extensive computer skills required.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate crews, resolve conflicts and problem solve to ensure a favorable outcome for the client. Overseeing a safe environment for everyone working and visiting the site.
• Communication: High level of comfort to consistently listening and advising the client as needed.  Acting as the bridge between the subcontractors and the office-based management team.
• Adaptability: Managing frequent changes, weather delays, or supply chain issues.
