Westside Development Nears Completion

Lincoln Construction has joined Jim Pattison Developments on their pre-cast warehouse project. Located on the westside of Columbus in the Westlink Commerce Center, the 76,500 square foot warehouse space is nearing completion!

Situated on almost 6 acres, this 32′ clear height building with 54′ x 45′ column spacing has flexibility in mind as multiple or a single user could occupy the building. With a tight schedule of 7 months, an unfavorable geotechnical report and early summer rains — building construction had its challenges. With the building getting a lot of visibility, the tenant leasing and buildouts are hopefully on the horizon.
