Renovation and Addition are Underway for a Local Church

Lincoln Construction was selected to provide master planning and pre-construction services for a 20,200-square-foot addition and renovation at Lima First Church. Designed to support the church’s continued growth and ministry, the expansion will include a dedicated children’s church, mini auditorium, youth classrooms, administrative offices, and a state-of-the-art audiovisual studio.

This project is the result of relationships established during Lincoln’s successful Heartland Retreat project and has been several years in the making. Collaborating closely with Eller Architecture and Civil & Environmental Consultants, the Lincoln Construction team worked diligently throughout the pre-construction process to align the project scope with the church’s budget while maintaining its vision for the future.

With planning now complete, construction is officially underway, and crews have broken ground on the new addition. Lincoln Construction is honored to partner with Lima First Church on this exciting investment that will expand ministry opportunities and better serve its congregation and the surrounding community for years to come.
