Progress Continues on the Simpson Strong-Tie Expansion

The completion of the Simpson Strong-Tie expansion remains on track to finish in early Spring of 2025.  The favorable fall weather has aided in the completion of the new asphalt parking lots, entry drives and approaches. This was paramount for maintaining logistics for the existing production facility, employee access, and parking.

The new warehouse storage racking has commenced and will eventually house products in over 275,000 square feet of new space including 60,000 square feet of office. The final major phase for the project is the construction of the building connector. The accessibility between the new and existing facility hinges on this key component.
