Phase 1 is Just Around the Corner for Ebenezer United Methodist Church

Lincoln Construction has been working with Ebenezer United Methodist Church for several years now, jumping through many hurdles including coming to a complete halt in 2020 during to the COVID pandemic.  After some false starts with other consultants, Ebenezer connected with Lincoln Construction.  Eller Architecture was brought on board and together with Lincoln, submitted new building schematic designs with a phased construction approach.  This new approach suited Ebenezer’s requirements and budget. 

The initial phase will include a new parking lot, utilities, a soccer field, and a new 10,228 square foot building.  The building will be outfitted with a multipurpose room, stage area, classrooms, and offices.  This will provide Ebenezer with a new space to settle into as the planning for Phase 2 begins. 

We anticipate construction to begin in the fall of 2024.
