Passing of the Torch – Vice President of Finance

Lincoln Construction, Inc. had the great fortune of Kip Lanka joining the team in 1979.  He has been a crucial member to Lincoln’s success and developing our high standards for financial transparency with our clients.  While his departure comes as a pivotal moment in Lincoln’s history, Kip’s legacy will live on through those he has mentored over the course of the past 43 years, including our new, Vice President of Finance, Tim Gilmore.

We are excited to be able to make this transition announcement – effective August 1, 2022, as it has been part of our strategic planning for several years.  Tim Gilmore joined Lincoln’s Columbus office in March 2020 as Controller – where he shared his 13 years of accounting and communication experience with our team.  Shortly thereafter in 2021, Tim earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.

In his new role, Tim will be engaged in all accounting functions, strategic planning, and executive leadership for clients.

We congratulate Kip on his retirement and are grateful for his 43 years with Lincoln Construction, Inc. and look forward to our next chapter with Tim Gilmore on board!
