Out with the Old and In with the New in Downtown Powell

Lincoln Construction is wrapping up pre-construction services of an addition to a 1900’s building in Downtown Powell.  Renovation and expansion to the current building located at 80 E. Olentangy Street will convert the home into a private social club. 

Along with the renovation of the existing building, a 2,000 square foot addition will be constructed to the back of the building. The expansion will provide an outdoor patio area overlooking a tree-lined stream.  

The project is scheduled to be completed in early 2022.
