Our Relationship Continues with Muskingum University at the Quad Center

The Quad Center at Muskingum University is a two phase project with Phase 1 being a ~5,000 square foot renovation of the Quad Center’s ‘Bait Shop’. The Bait Shop is a student eatery providing quick snacks, meals, and even Starbuck’s coffee.

The Phase 1 scope will fully demo the space and re-build with expanded student seating areas, upgraded kitchen and cooking equipment, as well as upgrades to the MEP systems.

Phase 2 will begin mid-summer by adding a ~600 square foot addition. This addition entryway to the building will provide a new elevator granting ADA access to all levels of the building. Phase 2 will carry the project through the end of the year.
