Office Tenant Improvements in Powell Are Now Complete

Signature Dermatology selected Lincoln Construction to build out the last tenant space in their Med Station building located in Powell, Ohio. Designed by Darin Ranker Architects, the project included a new reception waiting area with shiplap wood reception desks and solid surface counters, multiple provider offices, and a physical therapy area. Several windows and interior glass features provide ample natural lighting and an open feel in the space.

Lincoln Construction is proud to report—the project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.  The project team enjoyed working onsite and getting to know the Signature Dermatology group.
