New Tenant Space is Underway for Strive Enterprises

Lincoln Construction recently mobilized and began demolition for the Strive Enterprises renovation located in Bridge Park (Dublin) just above Pins Mechanical.  The tenant improvements involve subdividing the existing space occupied by Updox to accommodate new offices for Strive Enterprises.   Tenant improvements for the space include creating a new reception/lobby area as well as new breakroom and boardroom areas.

The Lincoln team is on schedule to complete this project in early February 2023.
