Mikey’s Late Night Slice is Opening a New Location

Lincoln Construction has been awarded a pre-construction and building contract for a restaurant build-out with Mikey’s Late Night Slice. The project is currently in the design phase, where we are working with Mikey’s and the architect, Matt Toddy.

After reviewing multiple locations, Mikey’s has landed at a new building located at 15th Avenue and High Street, right in the heart of the OSU campus. They are hoping that this will be the flagship model for many locations to come.

The project will consist of finishing 3,644 square feet of space which is currently new and unfinished. Mikey’s and the architect have added a lot of interesting elements to the project including overhead doors at the exterior walls, string lighting throughout, a steel structure to support swing type seating in the central dining area, and concrete bar tops just to name a few. We are in hopes of having a complete set of permits and bidding plans available in December. Provided that bids come in within the project budget, construction could begin as soon as the end of January 2024.
