Mikey’s Late Night Slice Adds Two Additional Locations to their Lineup

Lincoln Construction is excited to build out two additional locations for Mikey’s Late Night Slice!

The first location, currently under construction in Dayton, is directly across from the Dayton Dragons AAA baseball field. This is an exciting “up-and-coming” area that Dayton has dubbed the Centerfield Flats.

The 4,315 square foot space is a former Local Cantina that recently closed. There are two overhead doors that open to a large outdoor seating area which is about 48’ from the Dragon’s baseball field. Modifications will include enhancements to a portion of the bar as well as an addition of a sales and display counter. A new pizza oven is being included near the sales counter which will require a new exhaust hood and duct work to the roof.

The second location is in the new Galaxy at Polaris building (adjacent to Top Golf). This will be a full tenant improvement project in the new mixed-use building. There will be four floors of new apartments while the first floor will be outfitted with restaurants and retail. This promises to be an exciting area for Mikey’s Late Night Slice.

The 2,543 square foot Polaris restaurant will have door access leading directly to the apartment common space as well as an overhead door leading to an exterior sidewalk dining area. Construction is expected to begin in the 4^th Quarter of 2025.
