The Dublin Park Townhomes is preparing for some major upgrades in 2024 and with a little over an acre of common area space – the facility is looking to utilize every available inch.
With the outdated existing clubhouse and pool being relocated in phases – the new facilities will be home to a state-of-the-art clubhouse which will host entertainment spaces, leasing offices, dog wash amenities, yoga and gym areas, along with a co-working space.
The clubhouse will anchor the site, but other features will be the large resort style pool, gazebos, outdoor kitchen space, athletic courts, along with decorative hardscape and landscaping in between.
