Lincoln Construction, a central Ohio family owned and operated commercial construction company, has promoted Tim Dever from Senior Estimator to Chief Estimator – Director of Estimating.
After receiving his Construction Management degree from Columbus Technical Institute, Tim started his successful career in project management and estimating. His time in the field and various roles in estimating are evident in the way he approaches projects. He brings expertise to every project and looks beyond the numbers to elements that will be challenging during construction.
Tim joined Lincoln’s Columbus office in 2016 as a Construction Estimator – where he shared his 29 years of estimating experience with our pre-construction team. For the past 7 years, Tim has been on the front-end of multiple market dynamics for a variety of sectors, including religious, industrial, higher education, retail, multi-family and office tenant improvements for Lincoln Construction. We are thrilled to recognize his leadership in the department and willingness to guide new team members.
In addition to his work at Lincoln, Tim has been an extremely dedicated women’s soccer coach in Westerville for 20 years – he started by coaching his daughter’s team and continues coaching today. When not on the sidelines of the soccer field, you can find Tim on Hoover Reservoir in his kayak.
