Kenyon College Addresses Temporary Housing Needs

With increased enrollment forthcoming and additional permanent student housing currently in the design and construction que, Kenyon College is addressing the upcoming 2022-23 school year with a temporary housing solution.

Kenyon College reached out to Lincoln Construction to complete a feasibility study by analyzing three potential sites with numerous temporary modular vendors that could be ready for the August 2022 fall class arrival.  With the feasibility study complete, the college selected Lincoln to facilitate the design, permits and to manage site construction, placement and turn-over for the 120-bed, 32-modular housing units.

Site construction is scheduled to start in March.  Lincoln is excited to hit the ground running on this project as we continue our partnership with Kenyon College.
