Work at the Jackie O’s Patio went vertical during the month of June. The Lincoln crew has now completed all the deep foundations and with underground utilities currently winding down – the concrete crew is back wrapping up the grade work. We are happy to report – the steel which was pre-released and fabricated is now up.
Within the coming months – we will begin seeing the unique flare of the project take place with the installation of the custom container bars, booth culverts, fire pits, brick pavers, planter walls, composite decking, electrical and the data circuits for the multiple tv’s. Shortly thereafter – the patio will be decked out with a 12-foot brewing tank that will be used for irrigation of all the home-grown landscaping. It won’t be long until the food trucks roll in and the live music takes center stage.
Interior upgrades for this package include new restrooms, larger electrical service, fire suppression and a new dish room – and are all moving up in the schedule as the existing structure was entirely blasted and power washed to allow this new work to take place.
The owner has future plans for the building and Lincoln is fortunate enough to be included in the team. The Phase II package will include a main floor bar, retail area, second floor seating, additional restrooms along with window replacements for the entire second floor.
With a projected completion date in the fall – we look forward to the grand opening party!
