Lincoln Construction, Inc. was front and center for the Ministry Center Dedication and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Heartland Conference and Retreat Center in Marengo. We are pleased to report – the final/occupancy inspection which took place earlier in May – was 2 1/2 weeks ahead of schedule!
The Conference Center is a 13,000 SF pre-engineered metal building which was finished out with six large classrooms separated by operable walls. The wall systems will allow them to be opened into two larger event spaces. The oversized Welcome Lobby has been designed to accommodate large events.
Our field team did an incredible job diligently maintaining the project ahead of schedule which has allowed us to comfortably move through final inspections and occupancy without any obstacles.
This is the first of two phases for the Heartland Retreat Conference Center. Phase 2 is currently being discussed and fundraising efforts by Heartland are underway.
