Heartland Conference Retreat Center Breaks Ground

Lincoln Construction was awarded the contract to provide Construction Management services on the ground-up Heartland Conference Retreat Center which is a two-phase project.  Phase 1 is approximately 13,000 SF of new PEMB building fit out equipped with six large classrooms which are separated by an operable wall system that will allow the rooms to open into two larger event spaces. The building will also include a large open foyer that can be used as a large event space.

Phase 1 electrical, water, sanitary and fire suppression systems have been sized to accommodate the future Phase 2 space. Phase 2 will be constructed in the future as their needs expand.  As currently planned, Phase 2 will consist of additional event space.

To kick things off – the Groundbreaking Ceremony took place on Monday, August 23rd at the project site in Marengo, Ohio.
