Heartland Bank’s 19th Branch is in Progress

Lincoln Construction is honored to partner with Heartland Bank for the 19th Heartland Bank branch location in Delaware, Ohio.

The new branch design will utilize a combination of high glass exterior walls, masonry brick and stone, aluminum composite panels along with decorative wood facade highlights. Amenities for this branch will include offices, open work areas, conference and break rooms, an outdoor seating/patio area along with a night drop, an ATM and drive-thru lanes. The building is being designed to include a community room for small gatherings and casual meetings along with a separate area for a future tenant.

With a proposed 9-month construction timeframe – we are looking forward to a summer 2023 opening!
