Heartland Bank Expansion is in the Homestretch

The Heartland Bank expansion continues as the grand opening for the 19th branch bank is scheduled to open this Fall.  Located at 1754 Columbus Pike in Delaware, the 4,600 square foot building will include all the Heartland amenities and a few additional ones.  A future tenant on the southern end will occupy 1,600 square feet and a small community room located in the center – and shared by each – will accommodate small gatherings and meetings.

Lincoln Construction was humbled and honored to again be chosen as Heartland Bank’s construction partner for this Moody Nolan design.  We are excited as Heartland Bank is to cut the ribbon and look forward to the next adventure.
