Grandview Yard Class A Office Suite Completed

With the impressive redevelopment for office space in the Grandview Yard, Lincoln Construction has been fortunate to have partnered with Nationwide Realty Investors on the tenant improvements for RSM.

Recently completed in November 2025, this 6,800 square foot, class A office suite was constructed in 4 months and included a central 30′ x 20′ boardroom, three smaller conference rooms, a breakroom, restrooms, a wellness room, IT services, along with 11 private offices and open office area. The suite was constructed between active tenants with a non-disruptive schedule and was logistically fed from the adjoining buildings’ freight elevator and exterior glass access.

Lincoln Construction provided general contracting services and owner coordination throughout the process.
