That’s a wrap! The house located at 80 East Olentangy has been transformed from rags to riches. Once a neglected house – now hosts 80 East Bourbon & Cocktail Club – an exclusive bourbon and cocktail club for members only. This new concept was created by taking a 1904, 1,000 square foot home and adding nearly 2,000 square feet of additional space for one sleek club in downtown Powell. The original charm of the house is reflected throughout the space – and continues through to the outdoor patios.
Lincoln was instrumental from start to finish as the pre-construction manager and ultimately engaged as the contractor on this unique project.
