Final Phase for the Health & Wellness Center at Muskingum University

The 26-month Health & Wellness project at Muskingum University moves into the final summer phase of construction with a target completion date this fall. The project remains on schedule and under budget.

The project site is buzzing with progress – with current activities including site retaining walls, sidewalks, removing the existing tennis fields in preparation for the north parking lot, lighting, and paving along with utility work. The field house lighting has recently been completed, and the installation of the curtains, cages and pads should conclude on time for the interior turf and track to follow. The bleacher grandstand seating started taking shape in May and will wrap up this summer.

In recognition of their support, the University is conducting multiple tours for board members, trustees, donors, and alumni. The Grand Opening event is scheduled to take place on September 17 during Muskingum University’s 100^th Homecoming Celebration!
