Fast-track Renovations Completed at OhioHealth Delaware

Lincoln Construction partnered with OhioHealth for a three-phase renovation on their current Oncology/ Hematology exam space that totaled approximately 3,000 square feet. Each phase was constructed in 5 weeks and was separated and closely coordinated to allow the facility to continue a seamless operation. The project consisted of multiple new open workrooms, a new consult area, additional registration, added accessible exam space, and updated finishes throughout. With the updates, the facility will have access to seven exam rooms, three workrooms, two ADA compliant restrooms, one consult room, and a separate registration are for oncology.
