EASE Logistics has Transitioned from Demo to Construction

EASE Logistics has transitioned from demolition/ mitigation to construction – and is progressing well.  While finalizing design details, interior construction of the 142,000 square feet is moving forward.  The Lincoln Team has completed the interior demolition along with the majority of the metal stud framing in place.  Our MEP subcontractors have mobilized and are working on MEP rough-in work throughout multiple floors of this tenant improvement project. 

The new Dublin headquarters will offer ample space for their ever-growing workforce, plenty of on-site parking, and will host plenty of amenities to improve the workplace experience for their employees.  This includes a large gym, a corporate training space, a cafeteria, a mini-mart, and space for health and wellness services.  The exterior will feature an indoor-outdoor community space where EASE will host events to stay connected to the Dublin community.
