Downtown Powell is Getting a New Social Club

Renovation and expansion of the current building located at 80 E. Olentangy Street will convert the existing home into a private social club.

Now that the structure has been weathered in and with the dryer weather upon us, site work is resuming.  Storm detention and piping is being installed and the site retaining walls are in progress.

Inside the structure, finishing touches to the drywall are nearly complete along with the primer paint. The millwork install is currently underway.

Along with the renovation of the existing structure and the 2,000 square foot addition – will be the extensive outdoor patio space which will overlook the scenic tree-lined property and stream.
