Downtown Office Space Receives a Complete Transformation

The Lincoln Construction team recently wrapped up construction at Sikora Law/Omni Title located at 100 S. 4th Street in downtown Columbus. A 7,000 square foot interior project consisting of existing office space was transformed to create a refreshed modern finished space that will accommodate the needs of the law firm for years to come.

Existing areas on the first floor were completely demoed out to make way for a more open layout concept. Perimeter offices and conference rooms surround open area workspaces, a lounge area and a breakroom.

The second floor renovated areas include a new layout for a large multi-purpose space which will be used for meetings and employee gatherings along with a high-end private office area for the Sikora Law executive.
