Denison University Wraps Up a Total Renovation of Doane Library

The fourth and final renovation phase of the Doane Library at Denison University has taken place this summer and is on-target to be completed by Fall 2021. The summer construction included a total replacement of the window and curtain wall system for the 1958 and 1980 building additions. The map room archive center located in the basement level was an added feature after the completion of Phase 3 and will also include 3 work study areas. The lower level atrium has been completely renovated which included viewing rooms, classrooms, staff lounge, work room and a vending area. This last phase also included the new terrazzo flooring for the atrium corridor and complete renovation of the fourth floor.
