Construction at Jackie O’s On Fourth Moves Forward

Lincoln Construction has been brought on board as the construction manager to complete construction of the renovation and buildout of this incredible space.  The newly designed space will include the existing 4,500 sq ft brewery, a 5,000 sq ft public space that includes a bar, retail store, space for a future kitchen, a private 2nd floor event space – along with an 8,000 sq ft patio. The patio has been designed as an urban green space with a portion of it under cover for year-round comfort.  The double-decker patio will have enough seating to occupy nearly 435 customers. The space will include a mix of tables and cabana style soft seating, fire pits, screens for sports fans to catch the big game, and its very own shipping container bars – one on each level.  Located on the Mezzanine level will be an 1,800 gallon fermentation vessel for rainwater collection, sustaining the native plants featured throughout the patio.
