New Concord, Oh
Lincoln Construction is onsite at Muskingum University as a full upgrade to the Cambridge Hall heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are underway. The Cambridge Hall space, built in 1929, is receiving all new variable air volume (VAV) systems throughout, including new air handling units (AHU), controls and fire alarm upgrades. New ceiling grid and tile is being installed in approximately 85% of the building to accommodate the new HVAC and ductwork. The students attending classes in Cambridge Hall will be more comfortable once the Lincoln team completes the upgrades to the systems.
