Complete HVAC Transformation Takes Place in Granville

A complex and challenging HVAC renovation project is gearing up at First Presbyterian Church of Granville.  Lincoln Construction will take the lead as the construction manager for the 30,500 square foot facility. The project includes conversions of 2-pipe systems to 4-pipe systems along with replacement of the building chiller, boilers, and fan coils throughout.

The project team consisting of Lincoln Construction, FPCG, and TEC Engineering teamed together to produce a cost effective and efficient approach to the project. The team’s collaborative approach streamlined the project duration and allowed for the worship space to remain in use on the weekends throughout the construction improvements.
