The Ascend Advisory Group will soon occupy the entire 3rd floor of the 6767 Longshore Building in Dublin’s Bridge Park. Currently The Ascend team is sharing offices inside a 4,000 square feet suite, this will soon change as they will be moving into over 17,000 square feet of private offices, multiple conference rooms, break and lounge areas along with IT and AV support.
The project is currently in the wall electrical rough in stage with drywall going up just a few weeks away. The design team on this one includes Darin Ranker Architects, M-Engineering, Loth Furniture, Genesis Fire, and Gutridge Suppression. Our team is working diligently as the crew works around occupied tenants both above and below the floors and navigate the busy Bridge Park traffic and logistics.
We are excited for The Ascend team to move in as they continue their expansion. The move date is targeted for the spring range of 2024.
