Arena District Multiple Use Office Space Receives Upgrades

Located at 10 W. Nationwide Blvd – this 200,000 square foot, 5-story office building that once housed the IT Department for Nationwide Insurance – is currently under redevelopment for multiple office use. The first floor amenity space is being updated to include refreshed common conference rooms, a cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, a new fitness area, along with common corridors with tenant suite doors.

The fifth floor, which will have its first tenant in May, includes tenant demising walls, updated lighting and HVAC along with wall and flooring finishes.

Lincoln Construction hit the ground running with providing construction management services and coordination in January 2026 with an expected completion on this phase targeted for mid-summer.
