Amenity Center Construction Kicks Off for Pulte Homes

The Lincoln Construction team recently mobilized on the Del Webb Maygrass Amenity Center project for Pulte Homes near Plain City. Following a successful pre-construction effort in partnership with the Pulte Homes team, the project has officially transitioned into the construction phase.

The new 16,000 square-foot, wood-framed Amenity Center will serve as the premier gathering place for Del Webb Maygrass residents. Designed with both relaxation and recreation in mind, the facility will feature a Grand Hall complete with a bar, quartz-topped social tables, and a striking 8-foot gas fireplace. Additional indoor amenities include a spa and lap pool, while the outdoor space will offer a recreation and lap pool surrounded by thoughtfully designed gathering and activity areas.

Construction has started – with completion anticipated in August 2027. Lincoln Construction is proud to partner with Pulte Homes on this exciting community centerpiece, which will provide residents with a vibrant destination for wellness, recreation, and social connection for years to come.
