Education First Credit Union Builds their First Standalone Building

Another Quality Design-Build Project by Lincoln Construction.

Lincoln Construction is excited to report that this is our third project for the Education First Credit Union and their first new standalone branch building. This branch building is 4,715 SF of space which includes offices, teller lobby, conference room, break room, restrooms along with a vault.

The construction of the new-build is wood frame walls with flat wood trusses and an EPDM roof. Split face block forms a wainscot around the exterior with EIFS above and an Aluminum Composite Material Fascia around the 3-lane drive through and ATM canopy. 

Even though our team has encountered multiple obstacles such as unmarked fiber optic and phone cables just below the sod, neighboring utilities on our property and flooding that completely enveloped our electric transformer and surpassed our 100 year flood marker – our team still has the project on track for completion this Fall.
