Did You Know Lincoln Excels on Industrial Projects?

The Lincoln Construction team is full steam ahead while remaining on schedule for a spring 2025 completion date at the Simpson Strong-Tie expansion in Columbus.  Current happenings onsite include 12,500 SF of added office space on the second floor complete with framing and painting, front elevation glass is now completely installed, training rooms are drywalled, 250,000 SF of warehouse floor slabs poured, and exterior paving is well underway.  The concrete pour schedule for both interior and exterior slabs begin at 4AM to allow for the concrete trucks to keep pace and avoid heavy traffic.  Pour sequence for the exterior concrete paving was completely revised to maintain shipping and receiving during Simpson’s busiest months.  On average, we regularly have 50 to 60 mechanics onsite.  A lot is taking place and Lincoln couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this incredible project!
