Understanding Adds Value for Kohl's
In 1991, Kohl's and a retail developer asked for our assistance on a complicated five-store renovation project with challenges that they could not solve. We first provided the business strategy and cost analysis that made the budget work. Then, we coordinated with plans examiners, designers, contractors, inspectors, and Kohl's to finish all the work in 82 days—allowing all locations to open four days early. Because of our strategic thinking, we have been a critical partner for Kohl's expansion over the last 15 years.
