Lincoln has had a great relationship with Kohl's Department Stores since 1991, and in the last 16 years we have completed over $150 million in work—in fact we maintain the second longest general contracting relationship with Kohl's in the industry. Our tenure with Kohl's is truly a testament to our employees' hard work over the last 16 years.

Our relationship continues to pay dividends, as we have completed four projects for Kohl's in 2007. To date, we have finished the New Albany Kohl's renovation work and completed three new stores located in South Lebanon, Hilliard, and Lancaster.

Currently, we are working on two new stores in Kentucky. Located in Frankfort and Walton, the two small format stores are approximately 68,000 square feet, and will be completed in early 2008.

Looking towards next year, we look forward to working with Kohl's on several remodeling projects and new stores.
