Lincoln has been brought on board to lead a tenant improvement project for the Son of Thurman team. The project entails renovation of the second and third floors above the Son of Thurman restaurant in downtown Delaware, Ohio. The renovation will feature details that focus on the historic aspects of the original building design. The renovation is expected to begin fall, 2019.
