Project Manager
Lincoln Construction is currently looking for a Project Manager to help manage projects during the pre-construction & construction phase.
The ideal candidate will have an architectural or engineering degree (state certification not required) and 8 years of experience managing the development and construction of projects. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of management experience is desired with strong field experience. Employment experience with a construction manager or general contractor is ideal. Field experience—superintendent, carpentry, MEP, or other—is highly desired for the position. We anticipate that the candidate will have experience on projects over $5 million in size and complexity.
Our pre-construction and construction process is very collaborative, and the Project Manager is expected to manage this effort. The candidate should excel in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals.
The ideal candidate should also feel comfortable with checking progress drawings, running meetings, and pushing the process to meet dates. We anticipate that the candidate will have extensive experience developing value engineering and constructability analysis.

Construction Superintendent
Lincoln Construction is currently looking for a commercial construction superintendent with appropriate experience to provide on site supervision, management and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree (state certification not required) and 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience is desired with a strong resume on complex projects. Past experience representing all aspects of field operations for a commercial construction manager or general contractor is ideal. We anticipate that the candidate will have experience on projects over $5 million in size and complexity, particularly complex work like industrial and science related work.
Our construction process is very collaborative, and the superintendent is expected to work directly with project managers, project engineers, and Lincoln field personnel. The candidate should excel in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, local building authorities, and other professionals. The superintendent is responsible for developing and implementing construction schedules, evaluating and adjusting work sequences, developing look-ahead schedules, enforcing and coordinating site safety and federal OSHA requirements, coordinating site logistics, conducting pre-construction safety and work coordination meetings with major subcontractors, quality control, and Lincoln project documentation reports.
Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 30-hour OSHA training, current first aid and CPR certifications, and Primavera Suretrack scheduling capabilities.
